§ 5.84.010. License required.

Every person, firm or corporation conducting any skating rink or place where people congregate for the purpose of skating on roller skates shall pay to the city a license fee. The amount of the license fee shall be established, from time to time, by resolution of the city council, after the city council conducts a public hearing.
